First read
the label on the garment to see if it is sold as colorfast. If it is,
then test the article of clothing to be cleaned for Color Fastness
and Color Stability by applying FOLEX on a hidden area,
such as the bottom of a shirt tail, the back of a tie, or the inside
tailoring material beyond the seam of a coat or blouse. Only use FOLEX
on colorfast, and color stable clothing.
 |
Lay
the article of clothing over a clean absorbent cloth, or paper
towel, on a flat clean surface. |
 |
Apply
a generous amount of FOLEX directly onto the spot. |
 |
Gently
agitate FOLEX into the spot with your finger, in the same
direction as the grain of the material. |
 |
Using
another clean cloth or paper towel, press the spot out. |
 |
Most
spots will require you to repeat this process at least once to
completely remove the spot. Be sure to replace the cloth or paper
towel under the garment, as well as the item you are using to
press the spot out, after each application of FOLEX. |
 |
No
rinsing is required, and FOLEX will not leave a sticky
residue. |
